April Bowlby was born in Vallejo, California, and went on to attend Moorpark College where she pursued studies in French, Marine Biology, and Ballet. Modeling was her first love as she entered her late teens, and then she began acting. She began her career in the world of television, with a starring role on the episode in 2005 of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation". From that point on she's worked in television and films, for projects including "CSI New York" and 'Stacked', "Freddie' 'Sands of Oblivion' , 'All Roads lead to Home' 'Out of Jimmy's Head' ' 'Kath & Kim' 'Psych' and "From Prada to Nada'. Her most well-known roles are the ones she plays in "Two and a Half Men" as well as "How I met Your Mother", and her role as Stacy Barrett in the show "Drop Dead Diva".
