Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born on 17 October 1992) is an acclaimed Indian actor. Keerthy appears in Tamil films and Telugu movies, along with a handful of Malayalam. The actress was awarded the National Film Awards' Best Actress award for portraying Savitri as the lead actor in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. Also, she received the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar is the child of film producer G. Suresh Kumar, and actress Menaka G. Suresh. At the beginning of 2000, she was a teen actress. After completing her studies in fashion design, she went back to the world of film. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy took on her very first Malayalam projects as well as began to work on projects in Tamil at the same time. It it was A. L. Vijay, with Vikram and Vikram, who premiered Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The film didn't fare very well, but it did release. To accommodate larger projects, due to her crazier schedule, she opted to not participate in certain films that she began to work on. The films included were Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a love story) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. For a short period of time she collaborated with Sivakarthikeyan in Rajini Murugan, Remo and was also the lead actor on Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. Her Telugu debut had been planned as Ainaa Ishtam nuvvu. Although the release date of Janakitho Nenu has not been announced, it is reported that it could release later in the month of September, 2020. The first film to debut is Nenu Sailaja in 2016 with actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was first seen in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) opposite actor Vijay.
